Q. Do you have a showroom?

A. Yes, We are located in Bakers Yard, Alphinbrook Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8RG

(Situated in-between RGB and Bridge Motorcycles)

Opening Times: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm, Saturdays by Arrangement.

Q. Can I order free fabric swatches before ordering?

A.  Yes you can.

Either do this with us in our showroom,
or if you have already seen a fabric that you like,
give us the details and we can arrange for a sample to be sent.
If you have seen a fabric you like but don’t know where it is from,
just email us a photo, with your name and address to: info@sofarooms.co.uk.
and we will do our best to source the fabric for you.

Once you are happy with your choice of fabric, just phone and order it from us.
We can take payment on the phone and you can choose to collect it from our showroom
or have it delivered to an address that suits you.

Q. Can I be certain that my sofa will be an exact colour match to my sample?

A.  Not always. Occasionally the rolls  of fabric  can differ in shade and  tone very slightly. The difference, if any, is usually very small.

Q. Are all the fabrics you offer shown online?

A.  Not yet, we are working on improving this on our sister site decorrooms.co.uk
meanwhile we have a huge selection of  fabric books for you to browse through
in our showroom and we will provide you any assistance we can.

Q. Can I use my own fabric?

A.  Yes, but we will need to make sure that it suitable for the usage it is required for and has the correct treatment.

Do i have to have feather fillings? - I have allergies.

A.  We have 3 interior fillings to choose from, feather, fibre or foam ( See more about these here)  If you have allergies we do not recommend feather. You  can feel  & choose  which is the best for you.

Q. Can I change the legs on my sofa?

A.  You can choose what legs you would like for your sofa and we will help you with picking a suitable fixture. If you are looking to change the legs at a later date Just bear in mind this may change the height and thus the look and comfort of the sofa.

Q. Can you have any of your sofa units made to specific measurements?

A.  Yes.  You can tailor any of our sofas to fit your own space perfectly,
we obviously need to keep the design composition of the sofa choice itself,
but we are here to guide you through all of the intricate details

but that will be customised to suit you personally.

Q. Are your frames guaranteed, and if so for how long?
